PhoenixStudent, I greatly resent the accusations you have made here of myself. I removed the link once, if you have read further down, I agreed to maintain the status quo until a consensus could be made by wikipedia as a whole. If you would also look to the edit history, you will find that other users have repeatedly remove the link, where I have simply been discussing it's periminent removal here. As far as myself being a UOP employee, this is irrelevent, as I am here strictly in a nature to keep this page as a encyclopiedic quality. I do not have any issues with grievences against the school or the company. You sir, would be violating the good faith policy by assuming the consistant editiations of your link are by myself. Please sir investigate the matter, you will find that another user has been making this change. I have posted a message on this users talk page requesting that he discuss the edit rather than keep removing it. I would further recommend that this page maintain the status quo at this time until a consensus can be reached or until this can go to arbitration. Cascadia 19:58, 19 December 2006 (UTC)

Phoenix Employee(s) Lurking Here, Removing Anti-Phoenix Material.

I didn't make any changes to spyware, nor did I change any content. This only thing I have done is add a link to the uopsucks web site. In good faith I have not altered the main content of the page in any way, even though the page is nothing more than a glorified advertisement for the University of Phoenix. Phoenix is a loathesome diploma mill. The page here at Wikipedia is a low-class attempt to create a credible bio for the university. There is no credibility to the University of Phoenix. That is why you keep removing the link to uopsucks.com. You forbid prospective students to learn of the criminal charade Phoenix passes off as an education. And yes, we are on the brink of an edit war. You keep smothering any attempt to let people know the facts about the university. Of course it is going to offend people. As a University of Phoenix employee, it is highly improper for you to be involved in this process at all. It is a serious conflict of interest for you to censor negative information about the University of Phoenix. Can you understand this? It is not proper for you to act as a content policeman when you are employed by the university. Have you ever heard of the fox guarding the hen house? You need to understand that and remove yourself from this process. --PhoenixStudent 00:34, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

PhoenixStudent, first, my link to UOP as an employee not withstanding, using a blog or other non-encyclopedic source for further reading is what is at issue here, not the criticism by the website and those that visit the website. I am requesting that this issue be discussed, like intellectuals, on the discussion page for the article. If you wish to have your opinion taken seriously, you will abide by accepted Wikipedia protocol, and not resorting to a childish edit-war. We will, as intellectuals, discuss the issue, get a consensus from Wikipedia users, and then the decision will be made as a group. I am asking we maintain the status quo at this moment to ensure this issue does not be blown out of proportion. Although I am an employee, I could care less what others think of the company, it is their right to have an opinion, and to express that opinion. However, the issue is whether or not their opinion and content constitute a source worthy of being included in an encyclopedic entry. Please, I am asking you as an adult, to discuss this in a good-faith discussion on the talk page. Thank you. Cascadia 00:52, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
