I see you submitted it in a new version, but it was so inadequate it was nominated for speedy deletion. As reviewing administrator, I combined information from the previously deleted copyvio versions, and rewrote it not what I think is an adequate stub. Hwever, it will not stay unless it has references. List his major publications. and get some more 3rd party independent reliable published sources, print or online (but not blogs or press releases) in any language--if in Tegalu, translate the key sentence or so that shows the notability.
