A before search shows hits in sources without editorial oversight or a reputation for fact checking hence all unreliable sources. Subject also fails to satisfy WP:ANYBIO.   • Delete. Okpala seems like an impressive young businessman and may be a career to watch. If there was an article on VFD the newly public company he's CEO of, I would !vote to redirect to there, but there's no such article at this time. So it is a case of WP:TOOSOON.
