Keep--Look at this source.Passes WP:NCRIC(follow the details at the proj. page!).If this was an AfD, I would argue for a delete ! Vote, but I know precisely well that these AfDs culminate in a Keep almost always, courtesy SNG taking precedence over GNG.So, IMHO, it's unfair to !
