Wikipedia:WikiProject U.S. special districts

Housekeeping. This wikiproject went inactive years ago, there are no members, there are no pages that link to it. I redirected this to WPUS a while back to see if anyone would scream before I submitted it for deletion with no complaints. Kumioko (talk) 03:59, 9 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Redirect to Wikipedia:WikiProject U.S. special districts/Archive1 is appropriate for archive an inactive project. No reason to delete anything. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 05:49, 9 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • There is no related history behind this redirect, but I recommend that the old project name redirect to the tagged archive, to help anyone who might follow their memories, bookmarks, or external incoming links. However, more preferable would be to have left the project where it was, tagged historic, or accessible in the history behind a redirect to the most relevant active wikiproject page. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 00:43, 10 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete main page and archive, no content worth keeping. No members, no discussion on talk page. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Otters want attention) 22:03, 9 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. Although there is some talk page history, this project had little activity and has been inactive for years. I initially considered arguing to keep the pages and return them to their original names, marked historical (basically SmokeyJoe's position in his follow-up comment above). But after reflection, in this instance I just don't see the need for this particular relic to be kept around. Clean it out. --RL0919 (talk) 14:36, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
