Wikipedia:WikiProject Academical Village/Online Ambassador Census

The Great Online Ambassador Census of 2012 is an effort to document and reconfirm the continued participation of Wikipedia Online Ambassadors in the current semester.

This is a project of WikiProject Academical Village, and will start with confirmations for the Spring/Summer 2012 semesters (first half of the year for our antipodean friends!), which courses you are assisting with, and the general areas of your subject interest.

  • I am also a contact as regional ambassador and will be doing in-person campus ambassador work in the New York City area but will have some capacity to participate as an online ambassador in support capacity to others. Blue Rasberry (talk) 20:44, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • I can potentially be a CA in the NE area but I'm happy to support 1 course this fall as an OA. I'm willing to support A, B, or C but have more training/experience with the subject matter in B (unless the A includes a CS or statistics course in which case I can happily support it). Protonk (talk) 20:52, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • This time around I expect to be an online assistant for Nanjing Normal University, and if it is on, the Plate Tectonics class. Subject division A Graeme Bartlett (talk) 20:57, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • I'm fine with A, B, or C.Smallman12q (talk) 01:30, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • If UNLV participates, I can support A, B, or C. For other schools, it'll be B. --Rosiestep (talk) 02:20, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Prefer B or C. Nikkimaria (talk) 03:33, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • I have a relatively quiet semester at the real-life end, so I'm available. Better suited to B or C, but those are very broad categories. :) - Bilby (talk) 03:54, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Preference for B and C, but can work with some A topics if it doesn't involve the maths. The Interior (Talk) 04:16, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • I'm fine with A, B, or C. ~ Matthewrbowker Talk to me 04:26, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • A would be my preference - I'm a biology/physics student - but I can definitely handle B. Islamic or Arab world topics would be my preference for any B-area subjects. Keilana|Parlez ici 04:33, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • A, B, or C. Still working out my schedules for work and school this semester, but I'll see what I can do! AndrewN talk 05:37, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • I prefer A or B. InverseHypercube (talk) 20:40, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • No subject preference. I've already promised to support Diana Strassman's class at Rice, however, and probably shouldn't take on another one. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 19:31, 15 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • I will try to help with at least one sociology classe, maybe two. Perhaps I'll try to keep up to date with all we get, but I can't promise that. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 19:36, 23 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
