When creating an article about a hamlet, village, or city, use the following template and fill out as much information as you possibly can, even if it is a stub:

These are usually used to cite sources, between <ref> tags. Click each template for detailed info on how to use it.

  • {{QuebecMNAbio}} - uses the National Assembly's ID system
  • {{Canadian Parliament links}} - uses the official Parliament website and OpenParliament.ca IDs
  • {{Toponymie}} - uses the Commission de toponymie's ID system for geographic locations

Stubs

Articles that don't have a lot of content are called stubs. For stubs that fall under the scope of this project, a template must be applied at the top of the article. Please apply whichever one of the following templates fits the best:

These templates should be placed in the "see also" or other appropriate section of Quebec-related articles. As with stub templates, please use the most specific one.
