It's taken weeks, but Category:Living people is now tagged in its entirety.
I'm currently working on Category:Politicians (including Category:Politician stubs. --kingboyk 16:32, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I want to reduce - ideally to zero - the number of bot edits I'm doing. I get sick of complaints about false positives, and the IE web control on my computer is faulty so I get gigabytes of cached files on my HDD and AWB always crashes when I'm in bed as out of memory. I think I've done a hurculean effort already (150,000+ edits).
Really doing the tagging now is child's play with my plugin, and all it takes is a computer, a connection, and ideally a bot account. Can some other members consider getting bot accounts so we can continue on a collaborative footing?
It's my intention to finish Category:Politician stubs. I'd like to hand over my partially completed Category:Politicians list to someone else. It should be mostly free of false positives. Any takers? --kingboyk 12:33, 26 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I've noticed that the pending categories lists go too deep. I always tag the highest level category below which pages can be expected to have the same parameters. So, for example, Category:Scottish MP stubs is listed as pending, but I've already done it as part of Category:Politician stubs. (Note that I do some subcategories seperately, such as Australian politician stubs, if I can tag them on behalf of another active WikiProject at the same time as doing WPBio). --kingboyk 17:25, 9 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
