Who I am...I was born in 1928, in a lovely city named Liège.I became an Electronic Civil Engineer in 1953, graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain.I worked from 1955 to 1987 at the SCK-CEN in Mol (Belgian Nuclear Research Center), mostly in the field of electronic instrumentation.I spend the last years of my carreer in Mol to develop cryptographic seals for the IAEA, the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna (project Safeguard).In 1985 I received the Swift Prize (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications) for my works regarding cryptography.Mes centres d'intérêt sont : cryptographie, algorithmes de chiffrement (SED), nombres aléatoires.In 1991, I joined Prof. Yves Roggeman's team as a Scientific Collaborator at the "Université Libre de Bruxelles".Publication voir:Conjecture of Two Finite Fields and its Applications.
