The Institut au service du spatial, de ses applications et technologies (ISSAT) is the French name for the Institute of Space, its applications and technologies.[1] Supported by French Ministry of Education, the organisation was created in 1995 to develop aerospace activities in Toulouse.[2][3][4] It also helps promote the distribution of aerospace expertise in France and Europe.[5][6]
