Scripps College is a private liberal arts women's college in Claremont, California. It was founded in 1926.[4] It is a member of the Claremont Colleges and is known for its extensive interdisciplinary core curriculum and historic campus.Scripps is a four-year college for undergraduates; as of 2019, it has 1,109 students.[5] Its courses focus on the humanities.[9][better source needed] The college is a top producer of Fulbright students.[10]
