Currently enwp.org supports redirects to articles and diffs on English Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons. It supports WAP protocol and interwiki links.

Just replace "example" with one of the Wikipedia articles. You can also just write enwp.org/ + what comes after /wiki/ in the original wikipedia URL. It also works with the Wikipedia shortcuts.

In general, enwp.org/$1 redirects to en.wikipedia.org/wiki/$1 for any value of $1. Any further redirects are made by the Wikimedia servers.

Note that c.enwp.org/$1 only redirects to commons.wikimedia.org/$1. It does not insert wiki/ in the URL.

"Page information" under "Tools" in the left pane of a page shows a page ID which can be used in a short link to the page.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deletionism_and_inclusionism_in_Wikipedia has page ID 20501621:
