Hi! As I said before, when you upload the image, you have to mention the source of the image, and add a valid fair use rationale, otherwise the image will be deleted. You can check this page, to see what a valid fair-use rationale should include. Read the Use rationale and the Necessary components sections of that page. You can also read this page, that lists the criteria that should be met. When you upload a football logo, you need to use this template, and also use the following template if it is a Brazilian logo: {{tl:Non-free logo|Brazilian football logos}}.
