DuPont (1802–2017)
E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, terkenal sebagai DuPont sahaja (NYSE: DD), ialah sebuah konglomerat Amerika Syarikat yang beribu pejabat di Wilmington, Delaware. Syarikat ini mempunyai 60,000 pekerja pada 2005. Ia ditubuhkan pada tahun Julai 1802 sebagai sebuah kilang serbuk letupan oleh Eleuthère Irénée du Pont.

Pada abad ke-20, DuPont membangunkan banyak polimer seperti Vespel, neoprena, nilon, Corian, Teflon, Mylar, Kevlar, Zemdrain, gentian M5, Nomex, Tyvek, Sorona dan likra. DuPont membangunkan Freon (klorofluorokarbon) bagi industri bahan penyejuk, dan kemudian bahan penyejuk yang lebih mesra alam. Ia juga membangunkan pigmen dan cat sintetik termasuk ChromaFlair.
Pada tahun 2014, DuPont ialah syarikat kimia keempat terbesar di dunia berdasarkan permodalan pasaran[3] dan kelapan terbesar mengikut pendapatan.[4] Pada 31 Ogos 2017, ia bergabung dengan Dow Chemical Company bagi membentuk DowDuPont, syarikat kimia terbesar di dunia dari segi jualan. Selepas itu DowDuPont memisahkan tiga perniagaan dan kini dikenali sebagai DuPont.
