In a symbiotic mutualistic relationship, the clounfish feeds on smaa invertebrates that itherwise hae potential tae harm the sea anemone, an the fecal matter frae the clownfish provides nutrients tae the sea anemone. The clounfish is addeetionally pertectit frae predators bi the anemone's stingin cells, tae which the clownfish is immune. An aa, the clownfish emits a heich pitched soond that deters butterfly fish, which wad otherwise eat the anemone.[1]
