Guibert od Nogenta
Guibert od Nogenta (francuski: Guibert de Nogent; cca. 1055–1124) bio je francuski benediktinski redovnik, poznat kao historičar, teolog i autor autobiografskih memoara poznatih kao Monodiae. Rodio se kao sin sitnog plemića, a od djetinjstva je od strane majke bio usmjeren na svećenički poziv. Godine 1104. je postao opat samostana Nogent-sous-Coucy gdje je proveo ostatak života. Tamo je, između ostalog, napisao tekst Dei gesta per Francos u kome detaljno opisuje učešće svojih sunarodnjaka u prvom križarskom ratu. Njegovi tekstovi nisu izazvali posebnu pažnju suvremenika, ali su ih kasniji historičari počeli cijeniti kao izuzetno vrijedan izvor podataka, a posebno zbog toga što se u njima opisuje svakodnevni život srednjovjekovne Francuske.
