James W. Carroll
American attorney
James W. Carroll Jr. is an American lawyer. He was the director of the U.S. Office of National Drug Control Policy from January 3, 2019 to January 20, 2021. He was appointed by President Donald Trump[1] and then nominated to be the permanent director on April 24, 2018.[2]
