Jan Olszewski
Polish lawyer and politician (1930–2019)
Jan Ferdynand Olszewski ['jan ɔlˈʂɛfskʲi] (listen) (20 August 1930 in Warsaw – 7 February 2019 in Warsaw) was a Polish lawyer and political figure.[1] He is best known for serving as Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland from 1991 to 1992.
Olszewski died after a long illness on 7 February 2019 in a Warsaw hospital, aged 88.[2]
