O, The Oprah Magazine is an American monthly magazine founded by talk show host Oprah Winfrey and Hearst Communications. It was first published on April 19, 2000. As of June 2004, its average paid circulation was over 2.7 million copies, two thirds by subscription. In July 2020, it was announced that O Magazine will end its regular print publications after the December 2020 issue.
