Toshiki Kaifu
Japanese politician (former Prime Minister) (1931-2022)
Toshiki Kaifu (海部 俊樹, Kaifu Toshiki, 2 January 1931 – 9 January 2022) was a Japanese politician. He was the 76th and 77th Prime Minister of Japan from 1989 to 1991.[1]

Kaifu died on 9 January 2022, a week after his 91st birthday at a Tokyo hospital from pneumonia.[2][3] Norio Kaifu and Makoto Kobayashi are his brothers.
