Vicente Sota
Chilean politician
Vicente Sota Barros (28 April 1924 – 16 August 2017) was a Chilean politician. He was born in Talca, Chile. He was a member of the Christian Democratic Party until switching as a member of the Party for Democracy from 1987 until his death in 2017.

Sota served as Deputy President of the Chamber of Deputies from 1965 through 1969 and again from 1990 through 1998. He served as President of the Chamber of Deputies from 1994 through 1995.
Sota died on 16 August 2017 in Santiago de Chile at the age of 93.[1]
