Tinatayang may 104 na mga bansa at teritoryo ang nagkaloob ng "walang bisang kailangan" o "bisang makakamtan sa pagdating" na pribilehiyo sa mga nagtataglay ng pasaporte ng Pilipinas. Ang mga bansa o teritoryo na nangangailangan ng bisa bago ng pagdating ay hindi na babanggitin sa ibaba.

Libya	visa issued upon arrival - a visa is issued in exceptional cases only. An approval for a visa on arrival must be requested from the delivering carrier in Libya.
