Giải thưởng Âm nhạc MTV Châu Âu cho Video hay nhất
MTV Europe Music Award cho Video hay nhất là một hạng mục giải thưởng được trao tại MTV Europe Music Awards. Giải thưởng được trao lần đầu tiên vào năm 1994 với tên Đạo diễn xuất sắc nhất, được trao cho "Hobo Humpin 'Slobo Babe" của Whale. Đây là giải thưởng MTV EMA duy nhất - không bao gồm các giải đặc biệt - mà người chiến thắng được chọn bởi MTV chứ không phải công chúng. "Hey Ya!", "Born This Way" và "Havana" là những video âm nhạc duy nhất cũng giành giải Bài hát hay nhất. Các nghệ sĩ giành được nhiều chiến thắng nhất là Katy Perry, Justice, Massive Attack và Taylor Swift với hai chiến thắng mỗi. Taylor Swift là nghệ sĩ có nhiều đề cử nhất, với sáu. Taylor Swift và Kendrick Lamar là những nghệ sĩ biểu diễn duy nhất đã giành được giải thưởng cho video mà họ đồng đạo diễn: Kendrick Lamar cho "Humble" vào năm 2017 và Taylor Swift cho "ME!" Vào năm 2019.
