菲臘·拜尼（英文：Philip James Bailey；1951年5月8號—），係美國R&B、靈魂、福音同芬克男歌手、詞曲作家同打擊樂手。佢以樂隊Earth, Wind & Fire嘅成員身份打入搖滾名人堂同聲樂組合名人堂[1][2]。佢都以個人身份同樂隊打入詞曲作家名人堂[3]。
