William Hogarth

William Hogarth FRSA (/ˈhɡɑːrθ/; 10 November 1697 – 26 Oktober 1764) adalah seorang pelukis, pencetak, satiris, kritikus sosial dan kartunis editorial asal Inggris. Karyanya meliputi lukisan realistis sampai strip komik-seperti serial gambar yang disebut "subyek moral modern",[2] mungkin yang terkenal adalah serial moralnya A Harlot's Progress, A Rake's Progress dan Marriage A-la-Mode.
