Kakuni

Kakuni (角煮) is a dish of braised pork found in Nagasaki, Japan. The name literally means simmered square. Kakuni of pork is the dish which is boiled softly with sweet sake, soy sauce, and sake. It is very popular among Japanese people. When people visit Nagasaki, they often buy it as a souvenir.
