Siemianowice Śląskie
city in Silesian Voivodeship, Poland
Siemianowice Śląskie (German: Siemianowitz-Laurahütte; Silesian: Śymjanowice Ślůnskje) is a city in Silesian Voivodeship in south Poland, near Katowice. In 2021, 65,684 people lived there and its area is 25.5 km². It is on the Brynica river.
In 1924, Siemianowice and Huta Laury communes were merged. It has had city rights since 1932.
