Yoram Gross
Polish-Australian animation producer and director (1926–2005)
Yoram Jerzy Gross AM (18 October 1926 – 21 September 2015) was an Australian producer of children's and family entertainment. His company, Flying Bark Productions, is best known for producing the movies Dot and the Kangaroo (1977) and Blinky Bill (1992).
Gross was born in Kraków, Poland to Jewish parents. His brother was screenwriter, director and producer Natan Gross (1919–2005). In 1950, he moved to Israel. He later moved to Australia in 1968 with his wife and young family.
Gross died in 21 September 2015 in Sydney, New South Wales, aged 88.[1]
