Werner Herzog (sündinud 5. septembril 1942) on Saksamaa filmilavastaja, -produtsent, näitleja ja stsenarist.

Koos Rainer Werner Fassbinderi, Volker Schlöndorffi ja Wim Wendersiga loetakse teda üheks Teise maailmasõja järel tekkinud uue Saksa kino filmikunstivoolu võtmetegelaseks.

2009. aastal valis Ameerika Ühendriikide ajakiri Time maailma 100 mõjukaima inimese hulka.^[1]
