デニス・E・ショウォルター
デニス・エドウィン・ショウォルター（Dennis Edwin Showalter、1942年2月12日 - 2019年12月30日）はコロラドカレッジの歴史学名誉教授[3]。

専門はドイツの軍事史である。1997年から2001年までアメリカ軍事史学会の会長を務めた[4]。 また、ショウォルターはノーステキサス大学のバーサンティ戦史センターの顧問フェローであった[5]。
キャリア
1969 年にコロラド カレッジで教え始めた[3]。また、米国空軍士官学校、米国陸軍士官学校、および海兵隊大学でも教鞭をとった[6]。
