トーマス・ビアステーカー
トーマス・ビーアステカー（Thomas J. Biersteker）は、アメリカ合衆国の国際政治学者。専門は、国際政治経済学、国際テロリズム対策、債務問題。
シカゴ大学卒業後、マサチューセッツ工科大学で政治学の博士号取得。南カリフォルニア大学国際問題研究所所長、ブラウン大学政治学部教授、および同大学ワトソン国際問題研究所所長を経て、2007年より、ジュネーブ高等国際開発研究院政治学・国際関係学部のCurt Gasteyger記念国際安全保障教授。また、同研究院の国際ガバナンスプログラム（Programme for The Study of International Governance）の所長も務める。米国の外交政策に大きな影響を持つとされるアメリカ外交評議会のメンバーでもあり、経済制裁プログラムのデザインに関して、国際連合、スイス、スウェーデン、ドイツ政府などに対する助言者として活躍している。
