ยุทธการที่ตูร์[6] หรือ ยุทธการปัวติเยร์ (อังกฤษ: Battle of Tours หรือ Battle of Poitiers) และ ยุทธการทางหลวงแห่งผู้พลีชีพ (อาหรับ: معركة بلاط الشهداء, อักษรโรมัน: Maʿrakat Balāṭ ash-Shuhadā'; Battle of the Highway of the Martyrs)[7] เป็นยุทธการในวันที่ 10 ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 732 และเป็นยุทธการที่สำคัญในการรุกรานกอลของอุมัยยะฮ์ที่นำไปสู่ชัยชนะของกองทัพแฟรงก์และอากีแตน[8][9]ที่นำโดยชาร์ล มาร์แตล ต่อกองทัพมุสลิมผู้รุกรานของรัฐเคาะลีฟะฮ์อุมัยยะฮ์ที่นำโดยอับดุรเราะห์มาน อัลฆอฟิกี ผู้ว่าการอัลอันดะลุส นักประวัติศาสตร์บางคน อย่างเอ็ดเวิร์ด กิบบอน ยกให้ชัยชนะของฝ่ายคริสเตียนในสงครามนี้เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการหยุดการทำให้เป็นอิสลามในยุโรปตะวันตก[10]
