පොදු වසම
පොදු වසම (ඉංග්‍රීසි: public domain, PD) යනු කර්තෘ හිමිකම් නීති වල සීමාවන්ගෙන් ඔබ්බෙහි වන බුද්ධිමය දේපල හඳුන්වන පදයකි. කර්තෘ හිමිකම් කල් ඉකුත් වීම,[1] අහිමි වීම,[2] පැහැදිලි ලෙස අත්හැරීම, හෝ සරලවම අදාළ නොවන විට බුද්ධිමය දේපල මෙම තත්ත්වයට පත් වෙයි.[3] මේවා සඳහා පරම (exclusive) අයිතීන් කිසිවෙකුත් නොදරන හෙයින්, ඕනෑම කෙනෙකුට, නීත්‍යානුකූලව මේවා භාවිතා කිරීම කළ හැකිය. ඒ සඳහා විශේෂ අවසර ගැනීමක් අවශ්‍ය නොවෙයි.
