Revolusi Neolitik, atau Revolusi Pertanian (Pertama), merupakan peralihan skala besar banyak budaya manusia semasa zaman Neolitik daripada gaya hidup memburu dan memungut ke satu pertanian dan petempatan, membuatkan populasi yang semakin besar mungkin.[1] Masyarakat bertempat ini membenarkan manusia memerhati dan menguji kaji dengan tumbuhan, belajar cara tumbuhan tumbuh dan berkembang.[2] Pengetahuan baru ini membawa kepada domestikasi tumbuhan.[2][3]
